Big news for Arizona College’s Glendale campus! Arizona College recently announced that it is re-signing its lease at 4425 W. Olive Avenue and will be expanding the existing campus by 1,000 square feet – adding new and upgraded spaces to its 30,000-square-foot campus.
Due to significant growth in the West Valley population, including Glendale and surrounding cities, it made sense to re-sign the lease and expand. The enrollment at this campus currently includes 448 students, and employs 60 staff members that include administration professionals, program directors, and other faculty members.
The Glendale campus improvements will include renovating the existing campus space while expanding, remodeling, and modernizing the student lounge, restrooms, and the Admissions and Financial Aid office waiting areas. With plans in the final process and soon to be submitted to the City of Glendale for final approval, the completion of these renovations is expected by the end of the year.
