Dean of Nursing
Rachel Choudhury DHA(c), MSN, MS, RN, CNE has dedicated more than 20 years to professional nursing. Dean Choudhury is an acclaimed professional who has held leadership and administration positions as an Associate Dean of Nursing, Assistant Dean of Online Nursing Programs, Associate Dean of Faculty and Program Director – New Graduate Nurse Residency at other distinguished institutions. During her career, she has fulfilled roles in clinical practice, faculty development, nursing education and academic affairs. She has specialized in medical-surgical nursing, palliative care and oncology as a registered nurse.
She passionately believes that nurses should have the necessary competencies to perform safely and effectively to promote quality patient care. Committed to decreasing academic-practice gaps, she collaborates with clinical partners and other expert nurse educators to enhance the practice readiness of new graduates.
Executive Director of Enrollment Services
Matthew Gibbs came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tucson in 2019. Matthew has served in various leadership roles in education for over a decade, that include; admissions, career services, marketing, and campus operations. Matthew was drawn to education so he could work in a field that makes a positive impact on the community, while helping people to achieve their educational goals.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Matthew oversees the daily operations of the campus and student admissions.
BSN Program Manager
Lisa Jordan serves as the BSN Program Manager for the AZC Ontario campus. Prior to joining Arizona College in 2021, she served as a student advisor for over 8 years. As a first-generation student herself, Lisa is committed to creating an inclusive campus environment for all through programing.
Lisa holds a BS in technical management and is finishing her MS in higher education, with a focus on social justice in education at the University of Redlands. As BSN program manager, Lisa oversees campus scheduling, and educates students on University policy, procedures, and program requirements.
