Dean of Nursing
Dr. Beck is a certified nurse educator with expertise in academic leadership, teaching, nursing program development, curriculum design, program manager and faculty development. Roles included Chief Nurse Administrator, Dean, Associate Professor and Consultant in multi-state campus systems offering classroom, hybrid, and online BSN, MSN and DNP programs. She led the startup and launch of a new College of Nursing, the design of pre-licensure and graduate level programs and accreditation for CCNE and HLC. She provided executive leadership for seven campuses, has advised doctoral research, authored publications and presented in professional venues.
