As you advance in your education, we want to make you aware of the resources and rewards available to help you pass the NCLEX and pursue a career in nursing. Arizona College of Nursing offers four reward opportunities where you can earn up to $1,500 for simply reaching your goals.

Our rewards include:
- Achieve a Virtual-ATI 100%. After achieving this level and passing NCLEX on the first attempt, you will earn $500.
- Complete the Virtual-ATI program. After earning a “green light” indicating you are ready to take the NCLEX exam, and passing the NCLEX exam on the first attempt, you will earn $500.
- Pass the NCLEX exam. After passing on the first attempt, earn $250, in addition to any Virtual-ATI incentives.
- Secure a nursing position. After securing a position and confirming with the Student Affairs team, and you will earn $250.
All rewards must be confirmed within 12 months of graduation from Arizona College of Nursing for eligibility.
Virtual Assessment Technologies Institute (Virtual-ATI)
The Virtual Assessment Technologies Institute (Virtual-ATI) prep program is built into the curriculum of the core nursing program. We strongly encourage all students to fully utilize this program in preparing for the NCLEX exam.
During your core program, you will have the opportunity to take multiple assessments using Virtual-ATI. These exams will prepare you for the NCLEX test and make you comfortable with the testing format. Based on your results, you will be offered assignments, study plans, and case studies on topics you haven’t mastered. We encourage all students to put forth their best effort on the in-course assessments as they provide direct feedback on your preparedness for passing the NCLEX.
Green Light Program
As you near completion of the core nursing program you will take the comprehensive predictor exam. Based on your performance on this exam, Virtual-ATI evaluators will assess if you are ready for the NCLEX exam and/or determine concepts areas where additional work is needed to be successful on the test. This evaluation is extremely accurate in predicting if you will pass the NCLEX on your first attempt. If areas of opportunity are identified, you will be offered tutoring and virtual training in the areas that require attention. If you are ready, Virtual-ATI will give a “green light”. A “green light” will give you the confidence that you will pass the NCLEX and earn you $500 from Arizona College of Nursing when you also pass NCLEX on the first attempt. More than 90% of students who complete the Virtual-ATI assessments and achieve the Green Light pass the NCLEX exam on the first try.
