Nursing Program Curriculum

We believe in a focused and structured educational environment. Our curriculum is methodically designed to help you reach your career aspirations. From day one, our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program is built to prepare you for a thriving career as a registered nurse (RN).

Students can progress through our BSN program of study in 3-years, or less with qualifying transfer credits. The first year is focused on general education classes, such as: The Fundamentals of Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Global Health. During year two you will transition into the Nursing core portion of the program and take courses like Pharmacology, Microbiology, and Human Pathophysiology.

In the final year, you will spend most of your time engaged in patient care alongside nursing and medical professionals. You will also take specialty classes on subjects such as Maternal Health, Pediatrics, and Community Health.

Preparing for the NCLEX Exam in Colorado

Our 3-Year Accelerated Nursing Program is designed to help you succeed in your career as a registered nurse (RN). Your journey after graduation from our Denver nursing school begins with taking and passing the NCLEX-RN exam. Testing Length

The NCLEX-RN test allows 6 hours to complete the exam with as many unscheduled breaks you require.

Grading

The NCLEX-RN exam is graded as pass or fail, so you will not receive a numerical score upon completion.

License

Once you receive a letter that you passed your name will appear in your state’s Board of Nursing RN database.
