Executive Director of Academic Operations
Jen Bonilla came to Arizona College – Phoenix in 2021, bringing 25 years of executive leadership and higher education administrative experience in large corporations and public universities, including ASU and UNLV. As a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Senior Certified Human Resource Professional, Jen also holds a doctorate with research in the area of clinician burnout and turnover intention from Iowa State University. She also completed a Master’s in health innovation from Arizona State University.
Jen has a passion for coaching students as they prepare for healthcare careers, and has a lifelong love of learning. As a busy wife and mother of three grown girls, Jen stays busy with Therapy Dog Training with her Irish Setter and Flat-coated Retriever, tennis, wine tasting, and global travel.
Executive Director of Enrollment Services
Amber Brewer-Neal came to Arizona College of Nursing – Phoenix in 2012 with over ten years experience in collegiate enrollment, recruitment, and administrative management. As the Executive Director of Enrollment Services, she helps facilitate student enrollment success. Amber is passionate about student satisfaction and is grateful to be a part of their academic journey here at Arizona College.
Dean of Nursing
Lori Gutierrez is a Registered Nurse in Arizona and has extensive experience in various areas of healthcare. Lori also is an appointed member to the Arizona State Board of Nursing where she has served for more than 11 years and has chaired the Scope of Practice Committee for 8 years. Her hobbies include cooking, travel and sports (football is her favorite). She is excited about the new Phoenix campus for the expansion of Arizona College of Nursing, and looks forward to serving her students and faculty.
Dean of General Education
Tracey Johnson brings to Arizona College of Nursing – Phoenix over thirty years of experience in public schools and in higher education. She has taught myriad courses in English, research, writing, and curriculum and instruction. Most recently she has focused on faculty management and development in higher education, with responsibilities ranging from selection to onboarding to training to evaluation.
BSN Program Manager
Brittany joined Arizona College of Nursing in November 2020 as the Admissions Coordinator and was promoted to Campus Coordinator in May 2021 based on her excellent performance. Prior to joining the team, Brittany was a Virtual Receptionist with Expert Level and a Patient Assistant with Arizona Natural Selections. She is currently pursuing a degree in Web Development/Design at Paradise Valley Community College. Brittany’s can-do attitude, attention to detail, and student-centricity makes her a perfect attribute to the Phoenix campus. She adds value to the culture and with her desire for growth, has endless opportunities.
As BSN Program Manager, Brittany oversees Campus Coordinator(s), student files and scheduling, and reports to Dr. Jen Bonilla, PhD, MHI, MBA, FACHE, SHRM-SCP | Executive Director of Academic Operations.
