Eric Rollins came to Arizona College of Nursing in the spring of 2017 after working in various leadership roles throughout DeVry University’s Phoenix metro. He was drawn to education almost 20 years ago for the opportunity to help others better their lives through education as he did.
As Director of Campus Operations, Eric oversees Admission and Financial Aid.

Jamie Gonzalez-Schulz started at Arizona College of Nursing – Tempe in 2018. Her background was in data analysis and quality management. Gonzalez-Schulz has a passion to act as a catalyst in helping future healthcare professionals achieve their goals.
As BSN Program Manager, Gonzalez-Schulz works directly with students as a success coach. She plays a pivotal role in the acceptance process, as well as, ensuring all students are scheduled properly and set up for success throughout the program.

Nicole Quow-Thomason came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tempe in 2019 after leading and serving at Grand Canyon University for 13.5 years in the areas of curriculum, assessment, and academic operations. Among her particular areas of skill is her penchant towards intrapreneurial and scale-promoting process refinement. Her career in education began in literacy programs for homeless families in transition to permanent housing, where a diploma or degree could give access to substantive life changes. She moved into higher education with her move to Arizona more than 20 years ago and has made a career of helping others to awaken, identify, and hone the dreams that education facilitates.
As General Education Chair, Nicole has responsibility for developing faculty and nurturing student success through policy and process.

A former high school teacher, Heidi spent the past eight years in higher education starting as an Enrollment Specialist in 2012. Working her way through the ranks, she most recently served as Vice President of Enrollment Services focusing her efforts on traditional undergraduate and transfer student enrollment and operations. In her current role as Executive Director of Enrollment Services at the flagship Tempe campus, Heidi manages a team of admissions and financial aid advisors focusing on quality student experiences and maintaining a positive campus culture.
Originally from Nebraska, Heidi spends most of her time with her two sons, Saxx and Sevin, and is an avid college football fan – Go Huskers!!!. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Briar Cliff University and has since completed two master’s degrees.
