BSN Program Manager
Gayle Russell came to Arizona College of Nursing with more than 10 years’ experience in nursing education leadership experience. Her research interests include the delivery of culturally acceptable and appropriate nursing care and the culture of nursing as it impacts nursing shortages, early professional exits, and healthcare outcomes.
As the BSN Program Manager at the Tampa Campus, Dr. Russell manages Academic aspects of the Admissions Process. She works closely with students, faculty, staff, and administration to ensure student success.

Tara Augustine came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tampa in 2019 after a decade in higher education management. Over the years, she has led multi-department and multi-site university operations teams both domestically and internationally. Augustine transitioned into education after working in small business and retail sales because she wanted to be part of an industry that helps individuals reach their potential, achieve their dreams, and positively impact not only the student, but their family’s lives.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Augustine manages the daily administrative operations of the Tampa Campus which includes, but is not limited to, the Admissions and Financial Aid Departments.
