Executive Director of Academic Operations
Kristine Furtaw came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tampa in 2020 after working as the Vice President of Membership and Healthy Living at YMCA. Prior to this Kristine worked for over 18 years in Post Secondary Education most recently having served as a Regional Vice President of Operations at Ross Education, LLC.
As Executive Director of Academic Operations Kristine provides leadership over record keeping and documentation for campus academic operations, compliance, budget and facilities management.
Executive Director of Enrollment Services
Tara Augustine came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tampa in 2019 after a decade in higher education management. Over the years, she has led multi-department and multi-site university operations teams both domestically and internationally. Augustine transitioned into education after working in small business and retail sales because she wanted to be part of an industry that helps individuals reach their potential, achieve their dreams, and positively impact not only the student, but their family’s lives.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Augustine manages the daily administrative operations of the Tampa Campus which includes, but is not limited to, the Admissions and Financial Aid Departments.
Dean of General Education
Lisa Cantlebary came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tampa in 2021 after serving as the Dean of Academic Affairs in Indiana and Ohio. Lisa has over 28 years of experience in the education field. In the past, she has served as a computer science instructor and high school teacher and has also held the position of Program Coordinator of the Office Administration Program. She earned her Master of Education degree from Ashland University. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and secondary education from Ohio Dominican University.
