Teri joined Arizona College of Nursing in April 2023. She has worked in higher education administration for over twenty years and has held positions focused on Admissions, Enrollment Services, Academic Operations, Advising, Financial Aid, and Marketing. Previously, Teri worked as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, at Snow College and as the Senior Associate Director of Admissions Operations at the University of Utah.
With a focus on student success, Teri is passionate about education and finding ways for students to achieve their educational dreams.

I am a mother of two beautiful girls, a 12 year old and a 1 year old. I have a love for education and specialize in the healthcare industry. I grew up on a ranch in the hill-country outside of Austin, Texas and moved to Utah in 2013. I absolutely love the outdoors and love that Utah has all four seasons. Autumn is my favorite. I’m a homebody and love to spend time with my girls and my husband at home. My hobbies include running and crafting.

Angelique began her career in education as a Lead Adjunct instructor in 2010 with Chaminade University of Honolulu’s nursing program. She has over 10 years of teaching experience at the high school and college level and served as a science adjunct for Arizona College of Nursing before being named Dean of General Education at the Salt Lake Campus. In addition, she is an AVID trained teacher with vast experience in student engagement and WICOR-based strategies to increase student master of content and higher-level thinking skills.
As Dean of General Education, Angelique guides and supports nursing students through their general curriculum requirements.

Dr. Heather Panek has joined Arizona College with 13 years experience working in nursing education. She has been involved in leadership positions with several colleges in Utah as a Director and Dean (PN, ADN, BSN programs). Dr. Panek has taught in didactic (online & on campus), lab, simulation, and clinical (PN, ADN, BSN, DNP/FNP programs).
Her specialties in clinical background are in Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Mom/Baby, OR, Community, Home Health, Hospice, and Telehealth. Dr. Panek holds positions on multiple advisory boards for other colleges in Utah and believes in collaboration to help educate all student nurses to help each student succeed. Dr. Panek holds an Advanced Holistic Nursing Certification and believes in a holistic approach with both her students and patients.

Mickie currently works as the BSN Program Manager for Arizona College. She recently began her employment for Arizona College in November 2021.
With over 13 years of experience, Mickie continues to inspire students to fulfill their dreams with coaching and encouragement. She has held several different positions at other institutions which include Director of Student Records, Registrar, Campus Director, Associate Academic Dean Nursing and Academic Dean of Online Learning.
Mickie’s central focus is student success. She reviews student academic files and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy, monitors student progression, evaluates transcripts for transfer credit eligibility, and orders student textbooks. She assists students with their questions and needs. All of which help to strengthen the student experience at Arizona College. Mickie attends all Campus Management and Faculty meetings for Arizona College, Salt Lake Campus. Additionally, Mickie works closely with the Admissions team to make certain that students are reviewed for approval into the Nursing program in a timely manner.
Before entering into her career in higher education, Mickie worked in a number of professions as a Master Esthetician Instructor, Book Keeper, and Veterinary Practice Manager. She has a wide range of experiences that have continued to benefit her throughout her career as a leader.
Mickie, her husband Randy and their 9 children, 1 of which still lives at home, live in Mapleton, UT. They enjoy spending time with their 13 grandchildren and dogs.
